Bruce Fraser
Bruce Fraser first visited Mexico in 1971. He returned to the Lake Chapala area in the late 90’s and has lived full-time in the area for 7 years. He has experienced the purchase and construction of a condominium and a house in that period, been involved in 5 businesses and encountered just about every problem an expatriate could experience. Bruce’s local knowledge of the people and sites in the area, the businesses, galleries, restaurants and resources of all types will guide and direct much of the week’s activity.
